Vitasorb Folic acid is a folic acid preparation incorporating BioCare's Vitasorb process for maximising absorption efficiency. Vitasorb folic acid is absorbed efficiently and can be taken in much lower doses. Vitasorb vitamins can be taken sublingually (under the tongue) or added to water, fruit juice or milk. The Vitasorb range is formulated with the intolerant individual in mind.

Instructions for use:
Two drops taken daily in water, juice or milk, with food, or taken directly directly under the tongue, or as professionally directed. The Department of Health recommends that women who could become pregnant or who are already pregnant take Folic Acid daily at (400 micrograms [mcg]) before conception and throughout the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.
