For Concentrated effect: Add 2-4 cups (500g-1kg) to warm bath. Soak and relax for 20 minutes, then rinse. For relaxation and general skin hydration: Add 1/2-1 cup (100g-250g) to your bath. For aching or cracked hand and feed: Add 1/2 -1cup (100g-250grm) to a foot bath or bowl. Soak for 20 minutes then rinse. For a relaxing mineral bath add one cup of salts to warm water and relax. For hands and feet, add one cup to a foot bath or bowl and soak. For a concentrated effect add 2-4 cups to a warm bath and soak for up to 20 minutes.
